Functional Analysis & Specifications
	What functionality do you need? Who is the target user and what are their skills? How will the application be delivered and installed? We listen to your answers to these and other questions before doing anything else. All of this information is then reflected in an application specification document that is reviewed and approved by you before we begin development.
Design
	Does the application need a highly polished look and feel because it will be used by your customers, or would a command-line interface be more suitable because it will be used by internal IT (information technology) professionals who might want to automate it's use via scripting? The focus is on the right design for the target user.
Development
	Once the functionality and design have been finalized, we build an alpha version for joint review. A beta version is then developed incorporating your feedback, followed by the final application.
Testing
	All applications are rigorously tested. Once initial testing has been completed, a beta version of the application is delivered for parallel client review and testing. When all testing has been completed, the final application is delivered.
Installation
	Unless it doesn't require one, all applications include a fully-automated setup program for easy installation. The setup program can be tailored for online, CD-ROM, or DVD-ROM delivery.
Delivery
	Completed applications can be delivered electronically or on CD-ROM/DVD-ROM. If we also maintain your web site and the application is intended to be downloaded from it, we will upload it to your site.
